MICHAEL SINGLETARY

Mike Singletary is an accomplished business litigator with over 20 years’ experience. He represents a range of business clients in various state and federal courts as lead litigation counsel, with a proven track record of success. Licensed in both Louisiana and Texas, he has extensive experience in commercial transactions, collections, administrative law, regulatory compliance, and both civil and criminal litigation.
Mike has particular expertise regarding insurance claims and insurance regulatory affairs, and has directed this depth of knowledge towards assisting clients who have experienced insurance denials for unjustified reasons. Recognized by members of the Louisiana Judiciary for this expertise, Mike has been a frequent speaker on commercial insurance matters at judicial seminars.
As a member of the Louisiana Law Institute Bail Bond Revision Committee, Mike has also worked extensively on the revision of the insurance laws affecting citizens charged with crimes.
When not practicing law, Mike spends his time chauffeuring his three children with his wife KC to and from swim practices and competitions.
